Political Career 

Kardile started his political journey from the village level as a sarpanch (village head). His dedication and work at the local level earned him trust and respect. In 2009, he won his first election as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the Rahuri constituency representing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He retained this seat in the 2014 elections as well.

Although he lost in 2019 to a Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) candidate, he made a comeback in the 2024 elections by regaining the Rahuri seat. Over his career, he was elected six times as an MLA, including five consecutive terms, showing his strong political presence and popular support in his constituency.

Besides being an MLA, Kardile held other important roles including Minister of State and Chairman of the Ahilyanagar District Bank.
